Jeffrey C. Dwyer is an attorney and partner with Dwyer Law Group established in 2014. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Dwyer spent over 15 years in a business defense law practice. He holds aircraft type ratings.

He serves as General Counsel to General Defense Corp, Inc., for Commercial Transactional matters including International Trade for Carriage of Goods by Sea and Air, utilizing Escrow services and handling regulatory issues under ITAR. Mr. Dwyer has 20 plus years of federal and state court litigation experience. In addition to complex litigation matters regarding products liability, he has addressed complex commercial, and products liability matters and resolved seven and eight figure settlement claims as part of his practice. His education focused on aeronautical engineering and finance before obtaining his Juris Doctorate.

Mr. Dwyer has significant experience in counseling associated with international transactions and transportation matters. For Escrow services, on Transactional Matters, the firm keeps IOLTA accounts and sub-accounts in Three (3) recognizable banking institutions.

Mr. Dwyer trained in International Arbitration and Mediation from the "Institut für Anwaltsrecht an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin" and instructed negotiations as part of his career. His primary practice is transactional work in complex matters dealing in buy-sells of ongoing commercial businesses, valuations, including, Blue Sky, P&E, Franchise Enterprises, commodities, antiquities, Bitcoin, compliance matters and ITAR related issues. He did his Admiralty studies in Greece in conjunction with Tulane University.

His last work in Greece was in 2018 at two primary secure facilities: Lavrio, Greece, EAS - Hellenic Defense Systems Munition Disposal location and an undisclosed location in Larisa near the NATO facility.

Mr. Dwyer is actively involved in the community and has been appointed by the Honorable, Governor, Jeb Bush and the Honorable, Governor, Charlie Crist to serve with numerous boards in the State of Florida as Chair to oversee State funding in excess of Nine (9) figure budgets per annum.

Mr. Dwyer is currently appointed to serve with The Broward County Board of Commissioners. He is a member of the taxing authority on the Value Adjustment Board, and is also active with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County Florida.
